Zone 4, Central Facilities

This zone is intended to be the focal point of Bunford Park. Set around a central square that will form the drop off and pick-up point for the demand responsive bus service, subject to planning facilities are likely to include a business hotel and restaurant, crèche, cafe, health & fitness gym and convenience store.
This zone will be inter-linked to all zones via a network of pedestrian and cycle routes set within the existing mature parkland and extensive new planting.
